General

To generate scientific knowledge regarding the relationships between psychological and cultural processes that allow feeding proposals and educational and social policies, respectful of cultural and gender diversity and human development in different contexts.

Specific

  • To generate scientific knowledge on the relationship and interaction of psychological and cultural variables in formal and non-formal educational processes.
  • To generate scientific knowledge about the characteristics that have an impact on the construction of interculturality and citizenship in different environments (communities, school, family, among others) and their relationship with the particularities of human development.
  • To generate scientific knowledge on the relationship between psychosocial and cultural variables involved in gender relations, violence and discrimination against vulnerable groups.
  • To generate scientific knowledge on psychosocial variables and cultural dynamics related to sexuality, diversity/disidence and comprehensive sexuality education in formal and non-formal contexts.
