Objectives

  • To study the processes of motivation and emotion, the reasons that motivate behaviors or the socialization contexts that influence them. 
  • Generate scientific knowledge (in a rigorous and ethical manner) about the processes, reasons and contexts that influence motivation and emotion, responding to the needs of the environment.
  • To promote cross-cultural research on motivation and emotion through dissemination, development of academic activities and thesis advising. 
  • Implement intervention proposals on the processes of motivation and emotion to promote the development and well-being of people in different socialization contexts.
